The Office of Emergency Services for the city will be the coordinating agency for all emergency service activities. It will be the working force through which the city manager exercises the authority and discharge of responsibilities for the city. The Office of Emergency Services is also responsible for the development and maintenance of the Emergency Operations Plan for the city.
